Stealth DeVault safes are tested at 1850°F for 2 hours straight, with the internal temperature never passing 350°F.
Concrete fills both the door and body, plus an intumescent door seal expands to multiple times its size during a fire to keep smoke and water out.

Fire protection
The body and door of our TL-30 safes are constructed of hardened steel, high-pressure concrete, and other proprietary hard-to-drill products. The body is 3″ thick and the door is 5-1/4″ thick.
The concrete construction makes the safe naturally resistant to fire, and the door also has a heat-expanding liner to further protect the interior.
High security lock
The ProLogic Electronic Lock is an extremely reliable lock, assembled and tested in the USA. Added layers of security built into the lock itself make it drill and punch resistant.

Description
The DeVault DV-2619 is built for valuables that demand certified burglary protection. Certified and labeled by UL to the TL-30 standard, it is well suited for jewelry stores, banks, and pawn shops. Its 5 ¼″ thick door and 3″ thick body combine hardened steel, high-pressure concrete, and other proprietary hard-to-drill materials.
Access is through a SECURAM ProLogic L01 electronic keypad lock. Eight 1 ¼″ thick locking bolts secure the door, four of them active. A mechanical relocker and an additional hard plate protect the locking mechanism against attack, while a pull handle and three-spoke handle make opening and closing the door easier.
The DV-2619 carries a 2-hour factory-tested fire rating at 1,850°F. Its concrete construction provides natural fire resistance, and a heat-expanding door liner adds protection for the interior.
At 1,120 lbs, with external dimensions of 32″H x 25″W x 25.5″D, the DV-2619 offers 4.8 cu ft of interior space. Inside dimensions are 26″H x 19″W x 16.75″D, with one adjustable steel shelf for organizing valuables. A pre-drilled anchor hole in the bottom supports anchoring, and a black textured finish completes the safe.
