Six-sided protection
Every DeVault TL-30X6 safe is built from hardened steel, high-pressure concrete, and proprietary hard-to-drill materials, and that core doesn’t stop at the door. It surrounds the safe on all six sides, with a 5 ¼″ thick door and a 3″ thick body.
That’s what the X6 stands for. UL testers attacked the door, top, bottom, back, and both sides, and the safe had to hold for 30 net working minutes from every angle. There’s no weaker back or bottom panel for a burglar to flip the safe over and go after.
The concrete also makes the safe naturally fire resistant, and a heat-expanding door liner adds further protection for a 2-hour factory-tested rating at 1,850°F.

The DeVault DVX-5828 is built for valuables that demand the highest burglary rating in its class. It is certified and labeled by UL to the TL-30X6 standard, meaning all six sides of the safe, not just the door, have been tested against 30 minutes of attack with hand tools, power tools, and grinders. The body and door combine hardened steel, high-pressure concrete, and proprietary hard-to-drill materials, with a 5 ¼″ thick door and a 3″ thick body.
Access is through a SECURAM ProLogic L01 electronic keypad lock with a keyway. Ten 1 ¼″ thick locking bolts secure the door, five of them active. A mechanical relocker and an additional hard plate protect the mechanism against attack.
Fire protection is built into the construction. The concrete body is naturally fire resistant, a heat-expanding liner in the door further shields the interior, and the safe carries a 2-hour factory fire rating tested at 1850°F.
At 3,530 lbs, with external dimensions of 64″H x 34″W x 30″D and 20 cu ft of interior space, it is the class of safe jewelry stores, banks, and pawn shops rely on. Five adjustable steel shelves organize the interior, and a pre-drilled anchor hole lets you bolt it to the floor.
